  • Payment Terms: Payment for bookings can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. For certain rates, a deposit may be required with the balance due upon arrival. All prices are displayed in Euro and include VAT (IVA) and all applicable taxes as required by Spanish consumer protection law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).   • Legal Guarantees: In accordance with the LGDCU and Spanish consumer protection laws, we guarantee that our accommodation services will conform to the description provided at the time of booking. Should any services fail to meet these standards, guests are entitled to request remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as appropriate. Hidden defects in our facilities or services that affect your stay are covered under statutory warranty provisions. Under Spanish law, the limitation period for contractual claims is five (5) years from the date the obligation becomes enforceable (Art. 1964 Codigo Civil).

  • Contract Duration: For individual bookings, the contract duration corresponds to your confirmed reservation dates. Group bookings and corporate contracts may have customized duration terms. The contract may be terminated in accordance with our cancellation policy or in cases of force majeure, breach of hotel rules, or non-payment.
  • Digital Content: In accordance with the Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Informacion y de Comercio Electronico (LSSI - Ley 34/2002), our digital booking system provides real-time availability, instant confirmation, and secure payment processing. The booking platform is optimized for desktop and mobile devices, requiring an internet connection and updated browser for full functionality. Prior to finalizing any booking, the user will be clearly informed of the technical steps required to complete the contract, the languages in which the contract may be formalized, and the means available to identify and correct input errors.
  • Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the LGDCU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services where a specific date or period of performance is agreed upon at the time of booking. This exemption applies to hotel reservations with confirmed dates.
  • Consumer Mediation: In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly, consumers may submit a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo) of the relevant autonomous community or municipality. EU consumers can also access the Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Consumers may also contact the Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos (AEPD) at www.aepd.es for matters related to the processing of personal data.
